Walked in store today, staff greeted but was just standing behind the counter and didn’t even bother to help me. I asked questions and she would answer irritatingly. I took my sweet time to see if she’s going to come up and help me, was going to buy a bag but decided not to because service is

I have just paid a quick visit to this store at Indooroopilly to see if they had a particular bag I wanted to purchase as a gift. Was pleasantly met by a lovely store representative named Remi. Showed Remi a pic of the Mimco item and Remi showed me that they had the bag instore. Great. Went to pay for the bag and Remi suggested I sign up to their loyalty program to earn a discount. How good? Remi has made this shopping experience one to remember for great service and she should be commended. Thank you Remi.
Elegant and calm store - didn’t feel crowded. Lovely friendly & helpful staff. Great selection of jewellery on display. Found the perfect gift for my 101 year old mother!
