Went into store yesterday (6 March) as I asked another Mimco store if Highpoint had stock of an item and the other store said there were 4 available at the Highpoint store. I went in to check out the item at highpoint and asked a staff member to have a look for it, she barely gave me the time of day and scuffled around for a minute, checked one drawer and said they don't have the necklace. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely girls at the Mimco store. I came in looking for a gift for my granddaughter and wasn’t quite sure what to choose, but Janna, Ita and Olivia were so kind, patient and helpful. They took the time to help me find something just perfect and made the whole experience such a pleasure. It’s so nice to be helped by young ladies with such beautiful manners. I left the store very happy and grateful. Thank you again girls, you made my day.
Today I went into the mimco boutique and there were five staff members on. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. So many workers in a small store and so unprofessional.
Such a unwelcoming and horrible experience every time I've come into the store. Staff are standing at the counter talking and don't bother to greet customers. Even after browsing for sometime no one offers any help. Staff here have such terrible customer service skills.
