Placed an order for my best friends birthday and have been waiting for it to get sent out. 10 days later they sent me an email telling me their cancelling my order. Very disappointed and would not recommend!!
Worse company to deal with. Ordered my wife a wallet for chrismas. The wrong item showed up and Mimco wont resolve the issue. There is no number and the number you have to text has been no help. Quick to take your money but no customer support.
Worst company possible. Cannot contact, online ordering not delivered. No phone number, customer service via messages and they are based in India, stores don’t answer their phone. No head office phone number. Cannot speak to a human. If anyone is reading this review from Mimco. Pls provide your Head office number! Do not order from them.
I was a regular customer. I will never buy again from them. A bracelets cap fell off and they told me it's wear and tear and basically insinuated I was a liar. Disgraceful customer service. I have spent thousands in their stores and treated so poorly over a bracelet. It's not about the money but the fact I was called a liar and overused the bracelet. Even if I did which I didn't where's the quality of your product?? Shameful
