I was fortunate to visit Mimco at DFO Brisbane on Sunday , I was welcomed to the store by Hayley and then severed by her, what a lovely young member of the staff, she was very knowledgeable on the products I was wanting , dressed beautifully and wore the Mimco jewellery to perfection , her customer service was 5 star , as I returned to the store to purchase 2 more jewellery items before departing DFO, and she welcomed me by my name, that is 5 star service , I nearly always visit Mimco Chermside but the item I was after was o... read more

Recently I’ve visited Mimco @ DFO Brisbane twice and have enjoyed the customer service shown by Anastasia. What a great lady, kind and attentive. We were looking for Xmas presents together and she made it so much fun. I hope you can appreciate the talent in this lady representing your brand.

I bought a wallet from there store online. I received a damaged item that was torn with heavy scratch marks all over my wallet. I reported it to the store immediately. A lady by the name of Carol attended my call, but I never found her nice enough while we conversed, as she tried cutting me down. She was weird. I told her that I needed an exchange wallet and would return the existing one. After waiting for 2-3 weeks, I had to follow up to see if they received my returned item, as they didn't get in touch. Staff are amazing. Very helpful & polite kind, & courteous. Great variety of items on sale to choose from. I was looking for a present for my wife & Tanya the store manager was so very very helpful .
