Recently I’ve visited Mimco @ DFO Brisbane twice and have enjoyed the customer service shown by Anastasia. What a great lady, kind and attentive. We were looking for Xmas presents together and she made it so much fun. I hope you can appreciate the talent in this lady representing your brand.

I bought a wallet from there store online. I received a damaged item that was torn with heavy scratch marks all over my wallet. I reported it to the store immediately. A lady by the name of Carol attended my call, but I never found her nice enough while we conversed, as she tried cutting me down. She was weird.
