Ashley helped me find a bag for Mother’s Day today and she was the loveliest, most patient staff member. Super helpful by giving me many options, and explaining all the differences and prices. It was really appreciated :)
Greeted and served by Sheena today. Absolutely wonderful customer service, she always goes above and beyond. Her product knowledge and enthusiasm for the Mimco brand is excellent and I look forward to being served by her again.
Thank you to the lovely Milla for her wonderful service during my recent visit to Mimco, Chermside. Kudos also to her colleague, Sandy. Your kindness, patience and advice were greatly appreciated. Mimco are most fortunate to have such excellent employees.
Very unhappy with the policy for not being able to exchange earrings even though never been worn. Exceptions can be made upon inspection. This needs to change if Mimco wants to keep their customers. Won’t be shopping there again.
