Just went to mimco at Charlestown and was looking for a specific tote bag that Kotara did not have - mimco Kotara always very helpful & great customer service- was told Charlestown had 2 in stock, tried to ring the store at Charlestown repeatedly over a 2 hour period, kept going to message bank, so went to the store at Charlestown, was told they were in stock but in there storage place & the sales person said I cannot leave and if I’d been there when her shift started and when the other assistant finished I could have had it... read more
