Placed an order online, Chadstone filled the order for delivery, it arrived but missed 3 bracelets. I emailed the customer service address (there is no way to physically phone to advise) and 3 follow ups, no resolve yet and it’s been over a week and a half. (Also do not have this store post you item as they do not present it wrapped or in a care bag like you get at store). Beautiful stock friendly staff and great layout.
Most Mimco staff are friendly and helpful. I usually know what I’m looking for when I go so I’m not a customer that would take up time. Both staff assisted me with what I came in for which made my visit efficient and stress free.
I wanted a particular bag that was not in stock at this store. The staff were very accommodating and arranged to have the item delivered free of charge, to my home. Unfortunately, it was not the bag I ordered. I returned to the store and was told the correct item would be delivered to the store and I had to return for the exchange. When I was contacted and returned to the store (my 3rd visit), I was told that I would have to pay more. Let me get this straight... it was not my error in first place!
