I visited the Castlehill store at 1030 am today with a problem with a bag that i had purchased at the store. I was met by the manager who was so rude and dismissive of anything I was trying to explain to her. Thankfully there was another helpful staff member there who listened to me and fixed my strap on my bag. I have never been spoken to so rudely I can’t believe she is a manager of a well known brand like Mimco.
Absolutely disgusting service in this store. I went into the store and stood at the counter only to have the sales assistant look at a blank screen without even acknowledging I was there. She then had the foulest attitude when asked the most basic questions about a product that was literally 2 inches away from her. Great store, great service, specially being Mimco's great fan and a member for good 7 years, I went shopping in Paramatta Westfield for Mimco today as ai missed it on my yesterday's shopping. Today I never found it, it has been closed without public notice so I traveld for another half an hour to get to this beautiful store. Glad I did ❣️
Staff are nice and helpful! Great selection at the store. Had a great click and collect experience last week.
Not happy with the customer service. I attended the castle towers store at 10:30am today (12/2/26). I wanted to buy the vintage era watch, however, the sales assistant advised me that while the store does remove links for free, she was unable to do it as she was new and had only been shown the process once. She then proceeded to suggest I buy the watch, and pay to have the links removed elsewhere (why would I do that when it is literally a service offered by the store?).
