I waited 10 minutes to be noticed and served. The young lady simply turned her back and continued with her phone call. She was still talking and laughing when I gave up and left
Went into the Canb Store just after Christmas- started chatting to Tijana about my bag which had only been purchased 12 months before - it had faded and had some discolouration. Tijana's customer service was excellent! There was no hesitation with replacing the bag. It is outstanding service like this that keeps customers coming back :)
