Disappointed! Was excited to finally make it to a Mimco outlet whilst visiting from interstate. Definitely not my idea of an outlet store. Only has current sale stock that can be purchased online or from your local Mimco store, David Jones and Myer. No extra discount on items and the item I did purchase was the last one so I had to purchase the floor stock. Save yourself the trip and just buy online.
Customer service vibe in store certainly not up to Mimco standards at all - no attentive smiling staff - 3 team members who looked like they didn’t want to be there on Sunday - or did’nt even like each other little lone the general public - had to ask 3 times for help in the jewellery cabinet - & felt like I was intruding - I did indeed buy 3 items !!! Prices were fab though ( further 30 % off sale prices of jewellery ) hence the 2 star rating for this alone ……
My wife favourite if she's happy im happy great quality and designs
