I purchased a handbag on the MIMCO Online store and the security tag had been left on. I took my bag in to the Ballarat store with my receipt and the two lovely sales staff were very helpful. This is a small foot print store so not a big range but great service for what I needed.
I had a pair of earrings that my husband bought me and absolutely loved them! Only a month in one of them had turned from rose gold to a tarnished silver look. I took it back in to ask could I have them replaced, the girl was very unhelpful and said that I needed to find the receipt, remembering that they were a gift? I finally found the receipt but could never be bothered taking them back in and still wore them but just thought that this would be better advertising for them!
