Terrible experience!!! Signed up for the program and then needed to pause it due to needing a new engine for my truck, so needed all the money I could get. I tried to pause before a payment came out and nobody answered or called me back after 3 vmails. I had to go there and talk to someone is person and I am still getting the run around about I can't get a refund for that payment due to the owner being out of town.... for 4 weeks???? Scam at best
