The program is definitely sound. I lost 30 pounds (and 16" overall in 6 months so far - wow is all I can say) and have kept it off while educating myself about both proper foods to eat when and how (portions and intermittent fasting). This program is amazing! I started back in February and have never looked back and am currently at a 58 pound loss. It's easy to follow When I was at 2 weeks in I already started feeling like a new person. All the aches and pains I had were just gone.
