Great service
New Milwaukee customer, I have to say I am beyond impressed with the service center. One of my older drills had dying components. I dropped the drill off on Tuesday, not even an hour after my tool was diagnosed. I approved and paid for repairs outside of warranty. Not even 24 hours later my tool was finished and shipped back to me. Thank you to the Milwaukee service center team, if the performance of their tools doesn't reel you in for life, the customer service will!

No wonder why u guys gave out free bluetooth speakers to construction companies those speakers suck bad ! They can’t even go pass 12 - 13 on the volume level without it cutting out to think I was gonna buy one what a waste of money that would have been.
Awesome help from them with my warranty claims!
