Came into the service store today with a broken cordless skill saw. Tayler was working at the counter. She went over and above any customer service I’ve had at any store in a long time! Very friendly, very knowledgeable! I explained the troubleshooting I had done up to this point. I was offered service to repair my tool. I explained I’d like to fix things myself. I switched over from Dewalt 5 or years ago. I’m a Drywaller. I use a radio, a screwgun, a impact,a skill saw. Every Milwaukeetool that I’ve bought i’ve had to return for some reason or another. Waited two weeks for them to give me a new one. Now I’m finished work at 4 o’clock and their tool centre on Fife is closed at 4:3o.
