I’ve had a great experience with the Milwaukee Factory Service Centre. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. Whether it’s warranty work, tool repairs, or just getting advice, they’ve consistently delivered fast and reliable service. It would be nice if they can inform their regular clients via email that they are temporarily closed and maybe inform the clients where to take the broken Milwaukee products that's still under warranty for repairs. Because we are returning products on a regular basis we do not check online if their open or not.
The factory was moved out already. No repairs anything here. They’re possibly new locations coming soon the other shop guys said.
