Had the most wonderful experience with the manager who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Great customer service. Took about 2 weeks to get a tool back from service which was covered under warranty.
Fist let me say I own just about every tool Milwaukee makes... That being said this place the guys try hard to help but with all the money Milwaukee is making you telling me you can't get those 2 computers at the counter to work right I can't tell you how many times I had to reregister?? Really annoying they can't realize how much money we spend on these tool and help us get out of their in a timely manner.. But you do get your to tool back in 2-3 weeks....
