I strongly do not recommend using this company. Stick with a smaller, independent delivery service instead. They accepted the load with no intention of delivering at the requested time. Once the pickup was completed, communication completely broke down. Calls and messages were ignored when I asked for updates, and there was no accountability or transparency.
