Doesn't do what clients ask for. I specifically told him I wanted my house and car reaffirmed and he didn't do it. I didn't find out until a couple of years later when I tried to refinance my house and couldn't because he did not do what I as the client asked him to do. When I called him about it he tried to give me someone to use to refinance my house like that would solve his error!!!!!
