This place used to be excellent until the director left as she was promoted a few months ago. That marked a turning point, and since then, things have drastically declined. There is virtually no communication or transparency about what’s happening, especially in the Discovery preschool (ages 2 to 3), which has two classrooms. My first born has been there since he is 6 months old and he is graduating this spring. Kindercare has been like a family and been a reliable child care/ preschool. My 2 year old is also getting great care there too.

Like many other parents, I was initially skeptical about enrolling my child in daycare at such a young age. However, Kindercare Milpitas has truly become a second home for my son. He enjoys his time there and has already built some wonderful friendships. The teachers are incredibly helpful—not just to the children, but also to parents. We recently moved our toddler from another branch to the Milpitas Abel KinderCare, and the transition has been truly amazing. Within just a few weeks, our child was comfortably settled in, visibly happier, and clearly felt at home in the new environment. Kindercare has always been first choice for both of our kids. Our elder one spent more than 2 years in Milpitas Kindercare and has got true love, care and learning. With our second one Kindercare became straight forward decesion. We love to visit the facility, greet teachers, we get regular updates through the app and can communicate easily with the team. Ms. Fara and Ms. Yesenia are taking care of the center very well. Thank you and keep doing great work.
