We are grateful for the wonderful experience our daughter had during her one and a half years at this daycare. She was in two different classes and had many teachers, and every single one of them was exceptionally caring and attentive to her individual needs. We have been part of the Milpitas kindercare family for two years now. Our daughter started in the Toddler room, then moved to the Discovery preschool, and currently in the preschool class. We're extremely delighted with the experience as all the teachers and staff go above and beyond in ensuring an excellent environment for the kids. This place used to be excellent until the director left as she was promoted a few months ago. That marked a turning point, and since then, things have drastically declined. There is virtually no communication or transparency about what’s happening, especially in the Discovery preschool (ages 2 to 3), which has two classrooms. The constant turnover of teachers makes it feel like you’re sending your child to a different school every day. With the teacher changing daily, there is no consistency in care. My first born has been there since he is 6 months old and he is graduating this spring. Kindercare has been like a family and been a reliable child care/ preschool. My 2 year old is also getting great care there too.
