I did have the best experience when trying to get some clarification about my bus ticket yesterday. When I wentupohedoors they were locked and it was only 4:50. Then I saw an employee and asked if he could assist me withmyticket and she flat out said no. I guess their achines were done and they don't assist with anything that has to do with Greyhound.
