The whole reason someone uses a travel agent is to make sure the details are correct, that everything is coordinated, and that someone is there to fix errors and issues that arise during travel. Milne is none of these: my bookings have been incorrect, details missed, and the agency unwilling to put the effort into fixing their issues.
