An excellent experience from start to finish. The new coffee nook adds storage and counter top space. Delivery cost was reasonable and the crew got it off the truck and positioned where we wanted it. They were polite and efficient.
We bought a sleeper sofa from Millwest Amish Furniture. It was a brand not widely available (Luonto) and their price was more competitive than we found online. Great experience from the point of purchase through delivery (120 miles away)!
Absolutely thrilled with our furniture purchases! We ordered a custom couch and recliner chair. It was so nice to see and sit on the floor model and then select the perfect fabrics for our home. Really great range of options. The quality is 5 stars and price was really comparable to some name brand furniture competitors who don’t deliver even close to the quality. Our order took about 8 weeks from order to delivery.
Service was excellent as we worked through the right couch setup for a small space. Available staff when needed but given the space to work through our decisions without interruption. Great selection of high quality furniture. Fair wait times for ordered items. Excellent delivery - both efficient, friendly, and clean employees. Great experience all around!
Love our new dinning table from Millwest. It’s a beautiful and solid wood table & bench. (Chairs were purchased separately to match counter island chairs.) From purchase to delivery everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend Millwest.
