My mom wanted a glider so we popped in one weekday to look at them. Ended up both ordering custom. The sales associate was amazing very kind and helpful. They even allowed us to have the same delivery time slot since my mom lives down the street. Delivery was on time seamless and easy! Love my glider and we will be back for future purchases for sure!

We go to Millwest because we know we will find good quality furniture. In both shopping experience and delivery we were treated well. The sales staff was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns and the delivery team was very friendly and took care in installing the (large) furniture pieces in our house. We are repeat customers and probably will be in the future.

Wonderful service from the showroom to the excellent delivery. Drew and Lucus were great with setting up my dining set. They were efficient getting everything put together and very courteous. I will definitely choose Millwest again.
