I have had this bank for years with no complaints!! Recently, my husband lost his debit card. Within 15 minutes of him realizing he must have dropped it while he was out, I called the bank. It was around 4:30 pm so the bank was closed. I explained to the teller that I needed to cancel the card immediately and be issued a new one.
