This place is terrible. I would not recommend Millvale House to anyone. My father was recently a resident at Millvale House in Levin and their care of Dad was shocking. •Wound assessments were not carried out as required, nor in line with industry best practice. •Inadequate documentation led to poor wound management and delayed response. •Pain and wound assessments were not reviewed or acted on in a timely manner. •This led to the development of large, painful, and severe pressure/bed sores that ultimately required hospital ... read more

My father has been here for a few years now. The staff do a tough job in a vital but tough industry. I find the staff to be very kind and profesional. The place appears to be well-managed. My father appears to be given good activities and they communicate well with me.

This rest home is one of the worst rest homes in New Zealand I do not recommend taking your grandma or grandpa or anyone to this place when my friends mother was in the place few years ago I saw how the stuff was treating her and her son one off the woman who works there Mayet from the Philippines she thought she was a now it all no one like her even same off the stuff thought she was a B.... Ps just keep away from the place I do not recommend anyone coming here I hope this place closes down very rude and bad stuff that work... read more
