I had received an automated phone call regarding possible fraudulent charges attempted on my card. When I called the number provided, I was unsure if that was the usual way to try and correct the issue. In the past I have had "fake" calls saying they were from such and such bank or company in an attempt to gather personal and account information. Because of that, I called my local millstream office to sort it all out. I spoke to LORI who quickly took care of the issue for me.
