We used Candice for 3 house purchases. She always responds to emails very quickly and if more information or clarification is required she’s happy to discuss over the phone. We have always been happy with the outcome after working with her. I have recommended her to friends and family.
Candice was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She worked with us to help get us the best interest rate, we had a very unusual closing date of 120 days and she continually worked with us to shop interest rates in that period. She was also there on closing day when the bank threw another curveball at us, doing another audit and requiring more items to close.
