We were often required to provide documents and information multiple times and answer the same questions repeatedly - and we paid for all of our duplicated efforts and time without comment. Called and requested information from their records and received a bill for $35.00 to fax a single page. The billing details are grossly inadequate to allow us to determine the appropriateness of any charges. Management communicates very poorly between each other at the expense of the customer.
