Edit: Working with Mr. Morrison now. He's been professional, courteous, helpful and answering all my questions. The reason for the poor review is Mihaela Glennon; it's the first time I encountered such a rude person while providing a paid service. She managed to make me step out from her office, and request another paralegal in less than 3 minutes.
