Thankfully we had Mills and Bann as our solicitors for our house move. Georgia Shearsby and Julie Herbert were amazing. They dealt with everything even when our buyers solicitors lost the money. Would recommend to anyone to use them.
I have had the unfortunate luck to be dealing with this company albeit indirectly while selling a property. They sat on documents for months which should take weeks. Requested documents which had already been sent not once not twice but three times. Awful nightmare

I was happy with dealing with Andrew Templeton whilst he was working on my conveyancing file however I had the misfortune of speaking to Phillip Bann whilst Andrew was on leave and he proceeded to tell me he was not going to 'pull out the stops' for me to complete my sale! I was flabbergasted that a professional person could speak to a paying client this way so because of this I would not recommend or use again.
