Reasonably priced with a friendly touch by Dennis Doberstein (not sure if his practice was taken over, but the current displayed address is not where it used to be).
When you call, you quickly find out this is "Next Steps" law office. I encourage you to take your next steps elsewhere. They are not up front about their costs. I called several law offices for a simple form and was very clear about what I needed. All quoted about the exact price of $50, as did this office. After notarizing the form and spending about 5 minutes total, the lawyer gave me a payment device and asked for $150.
