I was forced by the promoter to go through this notary office, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. I had to chase them just to get a signing date. My notary appointment was supposed to be on February 11, but the day before, I still hadn’t received the breakdown of payments. I was forced to go with them because they are chosen by the developer. It took about two months for me receive the certificate of location.
Charly El-Helou was the most understanding and patient during the whole process of getting my first home. I had many bad experiences with my developper but he was the most positive encounter I’ve had. He is very professional and very kind. Highly recommended!
