SUCH A SCAM!!! I say this about all Million Life stores as this has been my experience regardless of Location. So many of the claws are broken and there is no one to talk to to report it to when it happens. Tip: If you have been to the Million life at Chermside just go to the kingpin arcade across from it, their claw machines and 100% better and I can 100% tell you the staff there will deal with faulty machines quickly and refund you any lost money due to a faulty machine.
This place is such a scam. The claw machines don’t even pretend to almost get the toys. Doesn’t even slightly move the toys.
The massage chairs on level 2 are all broken and smelly. They no longer perform the service as described. They were good once. They are never cleaned and stink of body odour and smelly hair.
Just as the other Million Life at Garden City. The odds of winning are slim, however the kids have a blast, and sometimes they win things. Certainly something to save up for and understand that you may not win anything.
Don’t bother wasting your money here, stuck $20 in their machine gave me no tokens after sending messages & pics no reply & multiple phone calls still $20 out of pocket. Disgusting service, hope u close down
