Compassionate and Caring. Let me start there. I met Doctor Milligan during one of the darkest times in my life. He was offering free eye exams to the homeless and I mentioned I needed contacts. His staff immediately stepped in and helped me. From the moment I walked in the door at the Largo Office, I felt I was treated with respect. His staff helped me tremendously.
