Lorsque tu paie un matelas en boîte 650$ tu t attends a ce que se soit propre , après plusieurs e-mail avec la compagnie !! Il me dise qu’il peuvent rien pour moi ! De retourner le matelas au Costco pour un remboursement!! WoW !! Que compagnie incompétente!! Retourner un matelas au complet au lieu de juste m’envoyer un nouveau protège matelas , voici leur dernier e-mail !! Toute un service client !!
Bought a chair as a bday gift from them through Amazon. Chose their option over others that were a lower price because it would arrive in 3 days instead of a week like the other, cheaper options. We'll, they didn't even get the chair to UPS until they say it was supposed to arrive and now it's supposed to be delivered 6 days late. False advertising! Don't buy from this company!

So far all the products I’ve purchased from Milliards are high quality, comfortable and affordable. A big fan and I’m glad I found them on Amazon. After my first purchase , I gave it another try and have a couple products now that have lasted me over a year and a half as of this review and no sign of wear.
