Terrible place - management are awful and manipulative terrible to staff and residents gaslighting them to suit their narrative. The two bosses Mamta and Menaaz are rude. This place need to revamp to stop the abuse the have been reported to the aged care commission for neglect so many times yet they are able to forge staffing and pretend that management count in the ratios and they are not short staffed despite being short staff constantly
My mum has been a resident for the past 10 months. The staff are amazing and so caring. Mum has settled well and is very happy. I am grateful knowing mum is safe.
