Turned my takes in end of September I always do extentions and still not done Jess does not get back or return calls
I moved to Millersville in August 2020. I had Denise complete my taxes in 2020, 2021 and 2022. I was preparing my taxes for 2023 and in process of buying a second home when I noticed that I wasn’t able to locate my 2022 taxes. I emailed Denise for a copy. She told me to call the office and ask Terrie to make a copy. I did as she instructed and Terrie said she is not authorized to make copies of returns. I referenced Denise referring me to her. My wife and I Have used this service for two years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and as yet always found the refund (go tax team yeah).
