If you love your mother, father or grandparent please do not take them here. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. They were sub par before the pandemic and now they’ve hit a new low. When COVID was really bad throughout LaGrange county they shut their doors and didn’t let anyone in while the virus raged through the building (understandable at the time). This place is not good for anyone that actually needs day to day care. We had my father in here for a week and 1 day and we had to take him back to the hospital and he was admitted into ICU. His catheter had so much bacteria built up on it that the infection spread and he was completely out of it. Apparently it was never cleaned. He was also severely dehydrated. If your family nember is self sufficient maybe they would be ok but I would never chance it. Judy, one of the nurses, was very pleasant and actually seemed to care.

Our family received compassionate and attentive care. The staff were very kind and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable.

Very rude and unprofessional people especially the admissions director. Facility was very outdated and not the cleanest. Several several coats of paint to try covering things up.
