We have been waiting for 5 months for our bookcases. We were told 10-12 weeks by the salesman. I am sure he works on commission. Sales staff will not provide us with the contact information for the person making the bookcases so we can not contact them directly. We paid in full, $1500.00 and no one even bothers to call us. We have to call them or go in to inquire about our order.

I just had my Miller Furniture delivered today ( which I love) by two incredibly nice young men. They were on time, courteous and kind. They completed the enjoyable experience of receiving new furniture by making it totally satisfying.
