Terrible customer service
Awesome staff and service!!!!!
Picked up a suit for a groomsman and it had brown stains on the pants. They offered to get a new pair of pants but it would’ve taken too long and we would’ve missed the wedding. Got a new suit and the inside was stained from what looked like a previous wearer’s spray tan? Would put 0 stars of that was an option. Staff was unfriendly and acted like robots. Choosing Mary Ellen’s for our next event.
Wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a taller bigger person the lady that help me was very nice that I will say but the quality of the service and suit wasn’t worth the money even after asking for a resolution to fix The situation they simply said on your next visit we can give u a percentage off which earns them this honest review hopefully in the future they will treat guys of taller and bigger size with more care
