That’s not true at all i would never lie bout something like that and i have never stole or been in trouble a day in my life and yall almost ruined that and on top of that yall had an attitude
I had a last min emergency. Needed tux inside a 3 hour window. The person on phone was so accommodating simply said, get here, we will fix you up. This was after calling 2 others stores. Walked in and everything I had requested was waiting in Me. What a blessing. Next time, this will be my first call! Thank you Millers Formals.
Terrible customer service
Awesome staff and service!!!!!
Picked up a suit for a groomsman and it had brown stains on the pants. They offered to get a new pair of pants but it would’ve taken too long and we would’ve missed the wedding. Got a new suit and the inside was stained from what looked like a previous wearer’s spray tan? Would put 0 stars of that was an option. Staff was unfriendly and acted like robots. Choosing Mary Ellen’s for our next event.
