I have been riding Miller back and forth to Gary for the last 5months. I purchase a ticket to get the the station and they say Miller is no longer running. NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE OR GREYHOUND INFORMING CUSTOMERS. WHY IS A OPTION STILL ANYWAY. THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE A NO FUND FOR THE TICKET. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AROUND SINCE ONE TRYING TO NOT LOSE MY MONEY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. It's been more than an hour late and there has been no updates from the bus station- how do you not know when a bus is late and for how long ?!?!?
Terrible I wish I could give it a -5 stars, unprofessional,rude, unwilling to work with riders. Every time I ride Miller's transportation it's a terrible experience.
