Very disappointed. Used this firm to submit a small estate certificate (they also held the Will of the deceased) and what a terrible experience - you hire them to give you good advise and do the right thing for the client. Due to a maternity leave they wanted to begin the process early and then do a revision when more information becomes available, and would only cost a couple hundred dollars extra.
