My father, retired Quincy Policeman, died last summer. A Sergeant told me to go to Miller for the picture of him in uniform. QPD hired Miller but I'll make sure they never do again. The woman on the phone said, "UGGH, why to people wait?". I'm sorry lady, I was 14 and YOU'RE the one who lost the portraits of our entire department. Miller actually said, "I'm sorry because I know you want it but clearly your mother didn't care" !!!
