My wife and I stopped in to your establishment to have an NJ car title notarized. You notarized this title and charged us $97.00. Afterwards, we went to a local autotag business to complete the transfer. It was there that we learned an NJ car title DOES NOT need to be noterized in the state of Pennsylvania. You obviously DO NOT know the title laws. Also, this autotag business charges $8.00 to have car title noterized.
