This guy failed to get me a patent. He is incompetent. He's not a real attorney only an agent. In bold red writing on the first page of the document he says "he believes that this idea is patentable" after it was denied he would not admit he was wrong. (In typical lawyer fashion) The examiner kept going to a particular idea he was comparing it too which he conveniently left out in the search. I would stay far away from him.
