Too much isolation for the seniors. Their rules and regulations have not kept Covid out. Seniors are not thriving there at this time. Lots of staff turnover. Very poor communication with the families of the residents. Poor food. They do have great activities ladies. Dana was so nice to my mom while she lived there. Also, the group they contract with for OT, PT, and Speech are fabulous. Complaints to the corporate office fall on deaf ears.
RecommendedI work at Whitman Place as the Life Enrichment Coordinator. I love working at Whitman Place because I get to wake up and make people’s day better. I couldn’t do what I do here without the help of our care staff and management. The people that work here really care for others and have every residents best interest at heart. I am proud to work at Whitman Place.

It should be shut down. The care and food are extremely poor. I moved my mother to a different place and reported them to the Department of Social and Health Services. I also filed a lengthy complaint with the corporation.
