Called and called had to blow up his phone in order to finally talk to him. Set an appointment to go talk to him and he no called no showed Reschedule the appointment and then he called or his appointment secretary called and had to cancel it because he had another case. So here I am with only a couple days left to court and I still haven't talked to my attorney in 6 months. What a really effective counsel LOL
I’ve spoken to him one time. He said he’d read over my case and call me right back. Haven’t heard from him since despite calling daily Mon-Fri for 3 weeks straight. And leaving a voicemail every time I’ve called. Heard from others he’s been assigned to that he doesn’t answer the phone hardly at all. And it seems to be 100% true in my case aswell.
