Absolutely horrible attorney. Deprives clients of their constitutional rights. Will flood his schedule and make your family wait months if not years before he does anything at all. I had Mr. Miller represent me and he violated my constitutional right to effective representation. He was absolutely horrible. He is resentful as well.
