Bobbie and Dustin went above and beyond to help us through a warranty claim on our furniture through a warranty company Miller Home no longer uses. We waited over 6 months from the original claim and got absolutely nowhere. Finally, upon talking with Bobbi in the store, she guided us through the process of speeding things up, put us in touch with Dustin, and helped us select new furniture to replace what our original warranty finally covered. The sales person who took care of us was exceptional, he listened to what we wanted, showed us what we asked for and made a sale, smoothly and easily. He gets 5 stars! However, two fall off overall because as I entered our kitchen today my wife handed me a rather long screw, which I looked at and asked what? She promptly showed me the hole in the arm of one of the two pretty expensive (in my opinion at over $200 each) barstools and said "it just fell out, and the other is loose". We made a split second decision to call miller brothers when our recliner broke right before the holidays. I called the store and Bobbie answered and from the beginning she was helpful in calming me down ensuring me we had plenty of in store deals and that making the drive would be worth while and boy was it.
