I had the misfortune of having to deal with Richard Hollander and he has zero patience or etiquette. All he cares about is money. No one should have to put up with such nastiness especially clients and prospective clients who are likely going through one of the most difficult times in life-having to seek bankruptcy protection. Best thing the tired, angry old bag could do is just retire already and do himself and especially everyone else a favor.

Richard Hollander is extremely rude, belligerent and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. He is a pig!

Their website is very comprehensive and fully explains the options and process for proceeding with the chosen option. Once I met the staff, I was put at ease and had all of my questions answered and felt much more comfortable with proceeding. They made me realize I should not feel guilty about bankruptcy and that it is a totally legitimate process there to help individuals who need it.
