Thank God for Dick Helms! Thank you for Mr. Helms who prepared my taxes a few times back in the mid 90s. He gave me advice at that time of my life when I was in my early 30s: maximize your contributions to your 401(k). since then I have made maximum contributions most of the years Except during times When I was buying a home or major life upheaval. Today at 60 years old when I look at my account balances, I think About dick and the extra Time to speak to me on a personal level. It has made all the difference in my life.
I went in to meet Mitchell Gogerty about doing taxes. He was eager and I sent him all the info. This morning I paid a fine of over $1400 because Mitchell Gogerty did not file our taxes or an extension. I would not recommend this firm. There are honest ones out there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tanya and Mitch are the most unprofessional duo I have ever encountered. No communication from them, only knew what was going on when I called them and then they charged me for work they never did. Like how do you bill me for a tax return you didn’t do? This office is a joke. Wish them all not but the worst.
