Spoke with Mr Durham would not listen to anything I was saying and wouldn’t let me articulate anything I wanted and start the phone call very arrogant and only wanted to assume what’s going on. Then took a phone call in the middle of my consultation. Bottom line rude and arrogant.
Mr Durham is extremely unprofessional. He’s supposed to be standing in for my hired attorney Mr. Miller who is on vacation and when I was attempting to ask questions about my case, he kept saying I don’t know or interrupting me when trying to speak. When I asked who I needed to send my files to, he just kept going on saying that I didn’t hire him to be a “complaint’s department”. This has put an extremely bad taste in my mouth.
